How do I measure my dog for the correct harness size?
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs. Add 5cm for comfort and adjustability. The Little Lively mesh harness is adjustable within each size range. Check the size chart on the product page to find the right fit for your dog based on chest measurement and weight. A properly fitted harness should allow two fingers between the harness and your dog.
Is this harness suitable for dogs that pull?
The mesh harness is best suited for well-trained dogs or those learning loose-lead walking. Whilst it distributes pressure across the chest rather than the neck, the lightweight mesh construction is designed for comfort rather than heavy-duty control. For strong pullers, we recommend a more robust harness with padded straps.
How does the velcro fastening work?
The velcro fastening makes putting the harness on and taking it off incredibly quick and easy. Simply wrap the harness around your dog chest and secure the velcro straps. The velcro is strong and secure whilst being gentle enough not to catch on fur. Perfect for dogs who are nervous about having harnesses pulled over their heads.
Can I machine wash this mesh harness?
Yes! Machine wash at 40 degrees C or hand wash with mild detergent. Fasten all velcro straps before washing to prevent them catching on other items. Air dry completely before use - avoid tumble drying as heat can damage the mesh and velcro. Regular washing keeps the harness fresh and hygienic.
Is mesh suitable for year-round use?
The breathable mesh is perfect for warm weather and active dogs who get hot easily. In cooler weather, the mesh provides adequate coverage whilst remaining lightweight. However, for very cold conditions or dogs with thin coats, you may want to use a coat over the harness or choose a padded harness for extra warmth.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We're very excited to start offering a courier delivery service nationally within the UK for any products available to purchase online. Our delivery services are currently limited to the following parameters:
- We offer online shipping services across the UK only, and a click and collect service, which is free of charge.
- Frozen RAW food is only available as a Click and Collect service and must be collected by the following day of ordering online.
- Our fulfilment times will usually be within 24 hours of placing an order, dependent on the time the order was placed. We only fulfil orders between 10 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
- Next-day delivery is generally available on orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Thursday, when inventory is in stock. Lead times will vary when inventory needs to be ordered. When this is the case, delivery is usually within 7 days.
A flat fee of £6.00 delivery cost will be added upon checkout to all orders under £50 and 5kg in weight. Purchases over £50 and under 5KG in weight will be free of charge. Supplementary charges will apply to all orders over 5kg
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with confirmation that its on its way to you. If the attempt to deliver is unsuccessful and we're unable to contact you, your parcel will be returned to us, and we will process a refund.
