Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between natural and hairy rabbit ears?
Natural rabbit ears have the fur removed, making them lower in fibre and easier to digest. They're ideal for dogs who need a novel protein without the natural deworming benefits of fur. Hairy rabbit ears include the fur for added fibre and digestive cleansing. Both are hypoallergenic and low in fat.
How many natural rabbit ears can I give my dog?
Feed 1-2 ears per week as part of a varied treat rotation. Small dogs (under 10kg): 1 ear weekly. Medium to large dogs (over 10kg): 2 ears weekly. Always supervise and ensure fresh water is available.
Are these suitable for dogs with allergies?
Absolutely! Rabbit is a novel protein that's ideal for dogs with common protein allergies (chicken, beef, pork). The low-fat content and single-ingredient formula make these perfect for sensitive digestion and elimination diets.
