Sizing & Fit
Measure along the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail while your dog stands naturally. Match this measurement to the size options, then check that the jumper allows comfortable movement at the neck, chest, shoulders and legs. Chest and neck measurements are not provided, so back length alone cannot guarantee fit. Ensure your dog can walk, sit, lie down and toilet freely without rubbing or restriction.

Introduce clothing gradually and supervise wear. Remove the jumper if your dog pants more than usual, becomes restless, tries to remove it or shows signs of discomfort. Keep it away from flames and heaters. Do not leave it on during unattended wear or in a crate where it could snag. This jumper is not a harness, restraint or waterproof raincoat. Attach the lead to a correctly fitted collar or harness, never to the garment or access slot.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail with your dog standing naturally. Sizes are 30cm, 36cm, 44cm, 52cm, 62cm and 75cm. Check the chest and neck fit too; back length alone does not guarantee a suitable fit.
Does it have harness access?
Yes. There is a slot for harness access. Check that the opening lines up with your harness and does not pull on it. The jumper is not a harness or lead attachment point.
Can it go in the washing machine?
It is suitable for a cold machine wash. Follow the sewn-in care label for the full washing and drying instructions.
Is this a waterproof dog coat?
It is a cosy jumper for cooler conditions, not a waterproof raincoat. No waterproof rating is specified.
Can my dog wear it unsupervised?
Supervise wear and remove it if your dog becomes too warm, uncomfortable or starts chewing the fabric. Do not leave it on in a crate or during unattended wear.

We keep our delivery costs as low as possible — prices include packaging and are passed on at cost. Delivery options start from £2.99 for orders up to 1kg, rising to £4.75 for up to 5kg via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, and £6.50 for next day delivery or larger orders up to 20kg via DPD. Orders over 20kg? Just get in touch and we'll sort a quote. Plus, enjoy free delivery on all orders over £100.
Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We're very excited to start offering a courier delivery service nationally within the UK for any products available to purchase online. Our delivery services are currently limited to the following parameters:
- We offer online shipping services across the UK only, and a click and collect service, which is free of charge.
- Frozen RAW food is only available as a Click and Collect service and must be collected by the following day of ordering online.
- Our fulfilment times will usually be within 24 hours of placing an order, dependent on the time the order was placed. We only fulfil orders between 10 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
- Next-day delivery is generally available on orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Thursday, when inventory is in stock. Lead times will vary when inventory needs to be ordered. When this is the case, delivery is usually within 7 days.
A flat fee of £6.00 delivery cost will be added upon checkout to all orders under £50 and 5kg in weight. Purchases over £50 and under 5KG in weight will be free of charge. Supplementary charges will apply to all orders over 5kg
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with confirmation that its on its way to you. If the attempt to deliver is unsuccessful and we're unable to contact you, your parcel will be returned to us, and we will process a refund.
