Duck is less commonly used in commercial dog food than chicken, beef, or lamb, making it a "novel" protein for many dogs. This makes it excellent for elimination diets when identifying food sensitivities. If your dog has reactions to common proteins, duck provides a nutritious alternative whilst you determine the cause.
Is 80:10:10 nutritionally complete?
Yes! The 80:10:10 ratio provides complete nutrition from animal sources alone. Muscle meat provides protein and fat, bone provides calcium and minerals, and offal (liver and kidney) provides essential vitamins and nutrients. This mimics what dogs would eat in nature and provides everything they need.
How much should I feed my dog daily?
Feed approximately 2-3% of your dog's ideal body weight daily. Active dogs may need 3%, whilst less active dogs need 2%. For a 20kg dog, feed 400-600g daily, split into two meals. Adjust portions based on your dog's activity level, age, and body condition.

Feeding Guidelines
Suitable for adult dogs (1+ years). Feed 2-3% of ideal body weight daily. Split into two meals. Always supervise. Ensure fresh water is available. Store frozen. Defrost in fridge (24 hours). Once defrosted, use within 2-3 days. Do not refreeze. Wash hands and surfaces after handling raw food.

Shipping & Returns Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We're very excited to start offering a courier delivery service nationally within the UK for any products available to purchase online. Our delivery services are currently limited to the following parameters:
- We offer online shipping services across the UK only, and a click and collect service, which is free of charge.
- Frozen RAW food is only available as a Click and Collect service and must be collected by the following day of ordering online.
- Our fulfilment times will usually be within 24 hours of placing an order, dependent on the time the order was placed. We only fulfil orders between 10 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
- Next-day delivery is generally available on orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Thursday, when inventory is in stock. Lead times will vary when inventory needs to be ordered. When this is the case, delivery is usually within 7 days.
A flat fee of £6.00 delivery cost will be added upon checkout to all orders under £50 and 5kg in weight. Purchases over £50 and under 5KG in weight will be free of charge. Supplementary charges will apply to all orders over 5kg
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with confirmation that its on its way to you. If the attempt to deliver is unsuccessful and we're unable to contact you, your parcel will be returned to us, and we will process a refund.
